http://YouTipIt.org but gets http 500 error. Why need www. in URL?

Why cannot I not access the site using http://YouTipIt.org?
Using www. host in the URL does resolve, but sometimes people will want to access the site using just the domain itself.

Cannot there be an http redirect so that vistors will be automatically be redirected to www.YouTipIt.org?
