Fix Error: There's no such thing as "BTC Cents"

I got 0.04 and tried to pass it on to someone else, but got an error:

"Tips must be between 0.05 BTC and 107.00 BTC cents"

Fine ... the minimum is 0.05 BTC. But what's a "BTC cents"?

oops, this is definietly an error. Will be fixed with the next release!
