Allow me to set default tip amount, or leave blank

Currently the default tip amount is 1.23 BTC.

I would hate for someone to accidentally hit "tip" without realizing they just tipped $10 USD worth.

Preferably i can set a default / preferred tip amount per itipit. Blank is a valid default, IMO.

Default value will be something like 0.05.
